Meet ashley

“My style is warm, collaborative, honest, direct, and compassionate. I have formal training in several evidence based therapeutic interventions and, at the core, I support a personalized and strength-based approach to foster the most positive and effective therapeutic experience. I have a passion for supporting families, their children, teens, young adults, and parents who are struggling with various social, emotional, and behavioral milestones. I specialize in challenging cases, too. Examples include those with Autism Spectrum Disorder or with developmental delays, and those with childhood traumas or people who are in need of crisis intervention or part of a high-risk clinical population.
I help people of all ages recover from and cope with depression, anxiety, grief, milestones and life transitions, employment and educational challenges, and self-esteem/self-identity development. I am skilled at using elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Care and Motivational Interviewing. Above all, I am committed to be your support leader with care and compassion.””
